The History of Christmas Direct Trees:
     Started in 1940 when an artificial Christmas tree was more like a bottle brush on steroids. But the company grew am moved on from grand-father to father to son. Around 1996-97 we put together a mini CD catalog of the artificial Christmas trees. Unfortunately we were a bit too early with this method and many customer didn't know or understood how to order from a CD. It was then 1997-98 we decided to introduced the catalog for artificial Christmas trees on the Internet a new form of advertising.
     Then in 1998 we started www.Christmas-Direct.comon the internet offering artificial Christmas trees to the public. We had great success in the early years on the internet. It helped that we were one of maybe three that sold artificial Christmas trees on the internet. With the proliferation of sites offering artificial Christmas trees, our name, "Christmas-Direct" appeared to have gotten lost in the crowd. It came down to spelling as the biggest problem. The name Christmas (hyphen) Direct was an issue. Many of our customers could not find us, simply because they forgot the hyphen in the name Christmas-Direct. So this year we decided to update to Our Christmas Trees or www.OurChristmasTrees.com. But, you will find us under www.Christmas-Direct.com.
     We continue using as a source for our artificial Christmas trees the Vickerman Company. For years we've  worked with them. They continue to offer one of the finest selection of artificial Christmas trees. They are always looking and locating the newest and best priced artificial trees in the market. As an example innovativeness, ten years ago they dared to bring back the flocked Christmas tree as well as the old fashion tinsel trees. With this kind of spirit they continue to bring and to offer to you the newest and most exciting trees and lighting in the market.
